Consent to Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with The Personal Data Protection Law, as amended by Act. No. 101/2000, I hereby give my permission for my personal data as written in my resume, which I have voluntarily sent to ZEEBRA Resource Solutions, s.r.o., ID No. 26291100, with its seat at Husitská 48, 130 00 Praha 3, registered in the Commercial Register of the Czech Republic maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 115880, acting by Michaela Wady, Legal Executive of ZEEBRA Resource Solutions, s.r.o. (hereinafter called as of „ZEEBRA“) to be processed internally. In addition, I hereby agree that ZEEBRA may share my personal data with third parties, i.e. legal entities (in and out of the Czech Republic) which have expressed an interest in my potential candidacy for future employment. I give this agreement under the condition that I will be informed about the sharing of my personal data by an authorized representative of ZEEBRA in advance, via phone call, electronic mail or in person and I authorize ZEEBRA to communicate with me via one of these communication channels as they deem appropriate in each individual case. I hereby agree that my personal data will be internally processed not only for a particular position of possible employment but also stored in an archive of ZEEBRA for future use as appropriate. It is further understood that I may withdraw this consent anytime, in writing, and ask to withdraw my personal data from the system as well as the archive of ZEEBRA and that I may ask ZEEBRA in writing to return all written materials or to properly destroy them. In addition, I certify that I am voluntarily providing this consent.

As a potential candidate, I hereby certify that all information provided by me about myself, my education and career – both orally and in writing – is truthful, accurate and complete.
